STM Ship Management Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Bosun for immediate deployment onboard Tanker Vessels.
The successful candidate will supervise deck ratings, coordinate deck maintenance, and oversee mooring and cargo operations while ensuring safe working practices onboard.

Supervise daily deck operations
Lead mooring and anchoring activities
Coordinate deck maintenance and preservation
Maintain deck equipment
Supervise cargo-related deck work
Conduct safety briefings and emergency drills
Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures
Requirements
Indian nationality
White COC holder
Valid Indian Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
Valid Indian STCW certification package
Previous tanker vessel experience is mandatory
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and safety awareness
Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
