Kingsalman Mandiri is looking for an experienced Bosun to join its Oil / Chemical Tanker fleet.
The successful candidate will supervise deck ratings, organize maintenance work, oversee mooring operations, and ensure that all deck activities are performed safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise deck crew and daily deck operations
Coordinate mooring and anchoring activities
Organize deck maintenance and preservation work
Supervise cargo-related deck activities
Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
Maintain deck equipment and stores
Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures
Report directly to the Chief Officer
Requirements
Indonesian Seafarer
Minimum 3–4 contracts as Bosun on Oil / Chemical Tankers
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid BOCT certificate
BST (MSC 560 version)
Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
Documents valid for at least 18 months
Very good English communication skills
