DESE Crew Management is currently seeking an experienced Boatswain to join a General Cargo Vessel operating on international trading routes.
The successful candidate will supervise deck ratings, coordinate deck maintenance, oversee mooring operations, and ensure all deck activities are performed safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and international maritime regulations.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Bosuns with previous General Cargo vessel experience who are looking for long-term employment.

Boatswain — USD 2,000/month
Job Responsibilities
Supervise deck crew and daily deck operations.
Lead mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations.
Plan and coordinate deck maintenance and preservation work.
Maintain deck equipment and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and maritime regulations.
Conduct safety briefings and assist during emergency drills.
Report directly to the Chief Officer.
Requirements
Indonesian nationality.
Previous experience as Boatswain on General Cargo vessels.
Minimum 2 completed contracts in the same rank and vessel type.
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Valid Schengen Visa.
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
All certificates valid for at least 15 months.
Good English communication skills.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
