With requirements:
- Holding valid certificate as per STCW 2010 All document and certificate should be valid minimum 18 months.
- Should have experience with same rank and type of vessel
- Having experience with mixed nationality chinese and taiwanese
- Having foreign going vessel minimum 36 months
