Job Description:
DESE Crew Management is urgently recruiting an experienced Bosun to join Chemical / Oil Tanker vessels engaged in international trading. The position requires strong leadership on deck, tanker experience, and strict compliance with safety and cargo operation standards. Joining is planned for the end of January, and only fully qualified candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising deck crew and daily deck operations
• Ensuring safe execution of tanker deck and cargo-related activities
• Maintaining deck equipment and fittings
• Enforcing safety, pollution prevention, and SMS procedures

Requirements:
• Valid STCW 2010 certificates relevant to rank
• Medical fitness certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Minimum 2 previous contracts on Chemical / Oil Tankers
• Minimum 18 months validity of all documents
• Valid USA Visa or Schengen Visa
