PACC Shipping Phils. Inc. is seeking an experienced Bosun to supervise deck operations onboard Bulk Carrier and MPV vessels.
The successful candidate will lead deck ratings, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure safe cargo and mooring operations.
Responsibilities
Supervise deck crew activities
Coordinate maintenance and repair work
Assist with cargo operations
Oversee mooring and anchoring procedures
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
Minimum 18 months onboard experience in rank on vessel type
Valid STCW certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Leadership and teamwork skills
