MCT is seeking experienced Ordinary Seamen (OS) to join VLCC vessels operating on international trading routes.
The successful candidate will assist senior deck crew with maintenance, mooring, cargo support, and general deck operations while maintaining strict tanker safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with deck maintenance and cleaning
• Support mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations
• Handle ropes, wires, and deck equipment safely
• Assist ABs and officers with assigned duties
• Participate in safety drills and onboard training
Requirements:
• Indonesian nationality
• Previous OS experience onboard VLCC vessels required
• Valid STCW 2010 certificates with at least 18 months remaining validity
• Valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with multinational crews preferred
• Willingness to transit HRA routes
• Ready to join ASAP
