Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Ordinary Seaman (OS) to join a Container Carrier Vessel operating worldwide. The successful candidate will assist the deck department in daily operations, vessel maintenance, and seamanship duties under the supervision of senior deck officers and the Bosun.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general maintenance, cleaning, and painting of deck areas
• Support mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations
• Stand lookout and security watches as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of deck equipment
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions from senior crew
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Minimum 6–12 months sea experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Motivated and eager to learn vessel operations
