STM Ship Management Pvt. Ltd. is currently recruiting an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join its Tanker Vessel fleet for immediate deployment.
The successful candidate will support deck operations, navigational watchkeeping, cargo handling, mooring activities, and vessel maintenance while ensuring compliance with international maritime safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for qualified Indian seafarers with previous tanker vessel experience.

Job Responsibilities
Perform navigational watchkeeping duties
Participate in mooring and anchoring operations
Assist during tanker cargo operations
Carry out deck maintenance and preservation work
Maintain deck equipment and operational readiness
Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Comply with company HSE policies and maritime regulations
Requirements
Indian nationality
White COC holder
Valid Indian Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
Valid Indian STCW certification package
Previous tanker vessel experience is mandatory
Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
