Job Description
Pan Marine Shipping Services is currently seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join its clients' Tanker Fleet with immediate joining.
The successful candidate will perform navigational watchkeeping support, mooring operations, cargo assistance, deck maintenance, and general seamanship duties while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, STCW requirements, and company HSE policies.
This opportunity is ideal for qualified Able Seamen with previous tanker vessel experience who are ready to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities
Perform navigational watchkeeping duties as assigned
Participate in mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations
Carry out deck maintenance, painting, and preservation work
Operate deck machinery and mooring equipment safely
Maintain lifesaving and firefighting equipment
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures
Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
Previous experience as Able Seaman onboard Tanker vessels
Valid Able Seaman Certificate of Proficiency (STCW II/5)
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong seamanship and deck operational skills
Excellent safety awareness and teamwork abilities
Ready for immediate joining
Physically and medically fit for sea service
