Job Description:
CSM Indonesia is seeking experienced Able Seamen (AB) to join Crude Oil Tankers operating worldwide.
The successful candidates will perform deck operations, cargo support duties, maintenance activities, and safety-related tasks while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform deck maintenance and operational duties
• Assist with mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations
• Maintain deck equipment and working areas
• Support officers during navigation and safety operations
• Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
• Follow company HSE and environmental requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum 24 months of experience in the same rank onboard Crude Oil Tankers
• Valid STCW 2010 certification package
• Valid Able Seafarer Deck certification
• Valid Passport, Seaman’s Book, and Medical Certificate
• Previous tanker vessel experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
• Ready for immediate joining
