Ideally starting beginning of March for a longer handover
Must have OOW3000GT CoC or close to achieving with oral exam booked
Big boat sailing background is essential
Paint and varnish skills are needed
Must be confident leading a team of 4 deckhands
Must be fluent in English
Salary is depending on experience and qualifications
4 days leave with 7 days study included and 2,000 euros study allowance
