Experience and attributes required:
* Minimum of 5 years sea service and having worked on passenger vessels over 80 metres in size
* Previous sea service and experience in lower-ranking engineering positions.
* Experience with potable water treatment, vacuum systems, water makers, hands-on, watchkeeping, black and grey water treatment, overhauling pumps, etc
* Understanding of electrical systems and basic fault finding
* Hands-on in general engineering tasks
* Fluent English both written and oral
Qualifications required:
* EOOW unlimited
* STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
* Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
* Crowd and Crisis management
* Seaman’s Discharge Book
* Flu Vaccine
* Covid vaccinations & booster (client request)
Male only due to cabin arrangements
Non-smoker/nonvisible tattoos
