This is a fantastic 50m Classic Schooner looking for a first mate to join ASAP in Palma. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and seasoned sailor, the role could suit someone stepping up from a smaller vessel 30m 35m. The role will focus on safety – they run a mini ISM onboard, sailing skills and being able to run a team of 2-3 deckhands. They will need a strong skill set in watersports and driving tenders. The boat will be based in Palma in the winter.
