This position requires a great deal of diversity due to the special types of metal, the adverse conditions and the general creativity needed to do all tasks assigned. The employee will also, at times, be required to work outside, alone, on layout plans for retrofitting new equipment into an existing configuration. The employee will also be required to lift heavy steel. Therefore, their physical condition must be good.
The Welder position is expected for Winter Exploration season to start Fall of 2023 until Spring of 2024.
