We are seeking a qualified **Toolpusher (Senior Tool, Tool, Deck Pusher)** to join offshore drilling operations in Vietnam.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Supervise drilling operations and crew activities.
• Ensure compliance with drilling program and safety standards.
• Manage rig equipment, reporting, and shift planning.
• Support Rig Superintendent in daily operations.

**Requirements:**
• Minimum 5+ years offshore drilling experience in supervisory role.
• Valid STCW / BOSIET / HUET / H2S.
• Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
