The Toolpusher will be responsible for daily drilling operations, managing rig crews, and ensuring that all work is executed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise drilling crew and maintain high HSE standards.
• Ensure compliance with drilling program and company procedures.
• Monitor rig performance and report any deviations.
• Coordinate with Rig Superintendent and maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of drilling experience, including 3 years as Toolpusher.
• Valid competency certificates (IWCF/IADC preferred).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Indonesian Nationals only; max age 54.
