We are recruiting an experienced Toolpusher to supervise daily drilling operations across offshore and onshore projects in Asia. The successful candidate will oversee drilling crews, coordinate operational activities, and ensure safe and efficient drilling performance.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Supervising daily drilling operations and drilling crews.
Coordinating drilling activities with the Rig Manager.
Monitoring equipment performance and operational efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and drilling procedures.
Preparing operational reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of drilling experience.
Valid IWCF Level 4 or IADC certification.
DRILLMEC certification (mandatory).
DRILLMEC Operation Training with certification preferred.
Valid Passport.
Good English communication skills.
