The successful candidate will supervise drilling operations, coordinate drilling crews, ensure safe execution of drilling activities, and maintain compliance with company procedures and international offshore safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise drilling operations
Coordinate daily drilling activities
Ensure compliance with drilling programs and procedures
Monitor operational efficiency and safety performance
Supervise drilling personnel and contractors
Maintain drilling reports and operational documentation
Promote a strong offshore HSE culture
Requirements
Previous offshore drilling experience
Valid BOSIET / FOET
Valid Offshore Medical Certificate
Relevant drilling certifications
Valid Passport and right-to-work documents
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and operational management skills
