Job Description:
SA-World seeks an experienced Toolpusher to oversee offshore drilling operations. The Toolpusher is responsible for supervising drilling crews, ensuring safety compliance, and managing drilling progress according to the project plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all drilling activities on the rig.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Monitor drilling progress and report to the Rig Superintendent.
Manage crew scheduling, training, and performance.
Maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Toolpusher or Senior Driller.
Valid STCW, Seaman’s Book, and Medical Certificate.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong technical understanding of offshore drilling systems.
