Job Description
Ocean Oilfield is seeking experienced Toolpushers for future offshore Jack-Up Rig opportunities in the UK North Sea and wider European waters.
The Toolpusher will manage drilling crews and coordinate drilling operations while ensuring safe and efficient rig performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise drilling crews and rig-floor activities
• Coordinate drilling operations and equipment readiness
• Support the Drilling Supervisor with operational planning
• Monitor maintenance and condition of drilling equipment
• Ensure compliance with HSE and PTW systems
• Conduct safety meetings and operational briefings
Requirements
• Proven Toolpusher experience on offshore Jack-Up Rigs
• Previous UK North Sea / European offshore experience preferred
• Relevant drilling qualifications and certifications
• Valid offshore safety certificates and medical
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership and operational skills
• UK/EU base and work eligibility preferred
