We are seeking an experienced Toolpusher to lead and supervise drilling operations on an onshore drilling project in Ecuador. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall rig operations, crew supervision, safety compliance, and coordination with management to ensure efficient and safe drilling performance.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling operations
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
In-depth knowledge of drilling procedures and safety standards
Amazonian residence with supporting documents (mandatory)
