Libera Consultants is seeking experienced Tool Pushers to support international drilling operations across major oil and gas projects.
The successful candidate will supervise rig floor activities, coordinate drilling crews, ensure operational safety, and maintain drilling efficiency throughout the project.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise drilling crews and rig operations
Ensure safe execution of drilling activities
Monitor drilling performance and operational efficiency
Coordinate with Drilling Superintendent and Rig Manager
Maintain drilling records and reports
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures
Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings
Support operational planning and execution
Requirements
Proven experience as Tool Pusher
Previous offshore or onshore drilling experience
Relevant drilling certifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good English communication skills
Ability to work in international drilling environments
