We are hiring a Night Toolpusher to support drilling operations during night shifts on an onshore Land Rig Project.
The successful candidate will supervise rig activities, ensure safe operations, and maintain smooth coordination with the day Toolpusher and Rig Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all drilling operations during night shifts.
• Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor drilling parameters, equipment status, and crew performance.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate operational updates to Rig Manager.
• Lead safety meetings and reinforce safe work practices.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7+ years of drilling experience with Land Rig background.
• Valid IWCF Well Control Certificate, BOSIET / H2S / Medical.
• Knowledge of rig hydraulics, maintenance, and drilling procedures.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
