"Senior Electrical Technician cum Supervisor " - ( 2 )
With a minimum of 5 years of experience.
MISSION:
Under the responsibility of the Contract Site Representative, Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
WORK PERFORMED:
1. Electrical Isolation and De-isolation:
* electrical activity
* Mechanical activity
* Production request
* Construction team activities
2. Electrical monthly check:
* Visual checking, data gathering, and parameter reading.
* Inspection & Testing of portable electrical equipment
* Inspection of all equipment groundings
3. Pump motor PM (isolation):
* motor winding and insulation resistance testing
* termination tightening
* Cleaning
4. Production well ESP electrical surface equipment PM (isolation):
* circuit breaker testing (contact resistance and IR
* ESP Transformer testing (IR, WR, PI)
* VSD checking and testing of VSD capacitors and IGBT’s
* Updating and changing parameters in the VSD as per calculation sheet
* Transformer oil sample and BDV testing (BreakDown Voltage test)
5. UPS PM:
* visual checking and measurements of parameters
* Battery discharging using Load Bank(180min)
* Recharging(120min)and electrolyte top-up if required
6. Troubleshooting:
* able to understand and read Single Line diagram, circuit drawings, loop drawing
7. Anomaly Correction:
* troubleshooting and repair of any electrical related Anomalies (power supply, lighting, Sockets)
8. Test equipment:
* multimeters
* Power Analyzer
* Insulation resistance testers
* HVPD for ONLINE high voltage cable testing(PM)
* LIRA for OFFLINE high voltage cable testing(FFSD)
* Micro ohmmeter test kit
CONDITIONS:
Job on a rotational status: 4 W on (Paid)/ 4 W off (Unpaid
7 days per week / 12 hours per day
