This position will maintain Master Data for the company and New Well setup including, Meters, Tanks, Well Master, Allocation Diagrams, and Pumper Route Navigation.
Responsibilities:
- Set up regulatory reports
- Capture key operational data (well rates and pressures, vessel pressures, chemical rates, etc.)
- Run Validation Reports to identify master data issues (missing or unlinked wells)
- Manage reporting to support operations, revenue, and engineering requirements
- Analyze pumper entry results and notify issues to appropriate personnel
- Run Daily Allocations: Confirm Meter Calibrations, ensure gas analysis loads are correct, identify and escalate SCADA integration issues, validate daily results, investigate, and correct variance discrepancies
-Run Monthly Allocations and assist Revenue with monthly accrual calculations and variance analysis between monthly recorded sales and estimates
- Ensure quality daily results of recorded volumes in the Production Management System
