Job Description:
Glotech Marine is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Technician to support offshore maintenance and technical operations. The successful candidate will perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery and mechanical systems
• Repair pumps, valves, engines, and other offshore equipment
• Support maintenance shutdowns and equipment overhauls
• Maintain maintenance records and report technical defects
• Follow company HSE procedures and permit-to-work requirements
Requirements:
• Relevant mechanical qualification or technical diploma
• Proven experience as Mechanical Technician in offshore, marine, drilling, or oil & gas operations
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Valid offshore safety certification package where applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and relevant offshore documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Strong technical and safety awareness
