Job Qualifications
Must have at least 2+ years of Help Desk/On-Site IT support experience.
Must have previous experience working with and doing basic troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, hardware, etc.
Must have previous experience collaborating with other onsite service vendors.
Previous experience in an industrial setting is highly preferred.
A associates degree or better in a technology related field would be a big plus.
Candidates local to the Greater Charlotte area are highly preferred. No per diem or relocation offered to out of market candidates.
