Skills are typically acquired through successful completion of high school or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in artificial lift operations.
Electrical experience beneficial to this role.
Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
Must be able to travel and work long hours and weekends as this is a 10-12 hour workday and 24 hour on-call schedule.
Must be willing to work in extreme weather elements.
