10 + Years’ experience preferred in a similar supervisory role with a minimum of 3-5 years considered. Comfortable and familiar with supervising 25 + welders. Cladding experience essential, manual welding & an understanding of the Post Weld Heat Treatment Process. Effective communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Highly technical problem solving skills. Wellhead equipment knowledge.
