University Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification;
15 + years well operations management experience. In 8+ years’ experience as Senior Drilling Supervisor, out of which minimum 3 yrs International experience as a Drilling Supervisor is must;
Excellent understanding of and Drilling and Workover operational management and Supervision;
Good understanding of PTW system & isolation requirements, hazard identification, STOP authority, Night driving practices and load lifting practices;
