- Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting of DP Systems for offshore DP2 and DP3 Semi-Submersible and Drillship fleet
- Develop, improve, and streamline processes to meet established goals and objectives
- Perform DP FMEA gap analysis between company and external stakeholder requirements
- Collaborate with the DP Marine group during FMEA development, Proving or Annual Trials execution, individual DP Testing, DP or subsystem upgrades
- Participate shoreside and manage vessel to expedite a timely closure of all open items and develop lessons learned to address root causes of deficiencies and non-conformities
- Perform and review audits intended to verify rigs are compliant with DP operations and industry standards and controls established under the company policies
- Prepare reports detailing the results of such assessments including recommendations for change and training measures to correct deficiencies
- Analyze audits and assessments conducted for common trends and share ideas with the goal of improving controls and adherence to compliance standards, performance, and productivity
- Maintain and monitor control of fleet non-conformities, deficiencies, and open tasks
