Selected Coiled Tubing and Pumping operators/supervisor will get an opportunity to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment and gain rich exposure in various aspects of the Well intervention operation. The Coiled Tubing and pumping operators/supervisor expected to be committed person to drive successful intervention operation with focusing on safety and service quality. The operators/supervisor is expected to have experience of Coiled Tubing and Fluid / Nitrogen pumping operations:
Hold the competencies as operators/supervisor
Hold current relevant Supervisory Well Control certification, from IWCF
Contribute to the Design of Service as required by Engineer
Ensure all required documentation is checked and verified as accurate and complete
Assess and communicate yard work risks and use JSA’s to support the control of risks,
Ensure all pre-job equipment inspections, function checks and tests are fully completed,
Confirm all materials are fit for use and of the quantity and specification required.
Ensure all field documents/ equipment/ calibration/ verification records are prepared Confirm availability of the Design of Service and field procedures for the scope of work to be undertaken confirming all well information is supplied in preparation for job execution
Lead pre-job briefings as required and assign roles and responsibilities to the crew, determine on-site communication systems, and identify the person to act as Safety Leader
Review and confirm with the Service Coordinator that the assigned crew/team is competent for their assigned task and role on the crew/team.
Supervise and control operation on the well site, develop personnel competency and deliver the hights HSE and SQ in industry to our clients
With 5-7 years’ experience with Coiled Tubing and pumping in top 3 world service company on the same role.
Able to read P&ID and rig up lines as per P&ID
Able to run fluid and nitrogen pumps
Mechanical background
Completed IWCF Level 4 (supervisor) training
Have exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills in English and Arabic
Ready to work at ad hoc basis
