We are hiring an experienced Rigging Supervisor for heavy-lift and structural installation operations in Qatar’s Oil & Gas project.
The candidate will oversee rigging crews and ensure safe execution of lifting activities as per site procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise all rigging and lifting operations.
• Conduct pre-lift inspections and risk assessments.
• Verify crane load charts, rigging plans, and lifting gear certifications.
• Ensure HSE compliance and lead toolbox meetings.
• Report incidents and maintain lifting logs.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ rigging experience (Oil & Gas projects).
• Valid Lifting Supervisor / Rigging Foreman Certification.
• Thorough knowledge of lifting standards (BS 7121, LOLER).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
