Location: Offshore (International Waters – FPSO Project)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QHSE Supervisor to join an FPSO project. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards onboard, ensuring compliance with international offshore regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Monitor and enforce QHSE policies and procedures onboard
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports
• Promote a strong safety culture among offshore personnel
Requirements:
• Proven FPSO/offshore oil & gas experience mandatory
• Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
• Offshore certification package (BOSIET/FOET, OGUK Medical, Passport, Seaman’s Book/CDC)
• Relevant QHSE/Safety qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures
• Good English communication skills
