Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to support FPSO production operations and supervise production teams during offshore activities. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production according to company procedures and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise daily production activities and operators
• Monitor process systems and production performance
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and HSE standards
• Coordinate with control room and maintenance teams
• Participate in troubleshooting and emergency response activities
Requirements:
• Proven FPSO/offshore oil & gas production experience mandatory
• Experience supervising production teams
• Knowledge of offshore process systems and equipment
• Valid offshore certification package (BOSIET/FOET, OGUK Medical)
• Valid Passport and relevant offshore documentation
• Strong English communication skills
