University degree or higher. Extensive experience (10+ years) can compensate lack of formal education
Minimum 7 to 10 years’ offshore work experience with 3-5 years in drilling & completions holding a Supervisor/ Team leader role.
Very good experience with depth, weight, SG, pressure, etc. calculations
Very good knowledge of machine maintenance
Extensive knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas. Drilling & Completions is a must
Great written and verbal communication skills in English
