Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other IT related field or equivalent work experience
8-10 years of experience in IT Support with specific knowledge in the following:
Server Support (Hardware, Windows Server 2016/ 2019, Linux, Ubuntu, Red Hat, SUSE)
Server Virtualization and Hyperconverged Architecture (Nutanix, VMWare, HyperV)
Desktop Support (Windows 10, Windows 11)
Mobile Device Management
LANs, WANs, and WLANs
Network routing and switching (Strong Meraki dashboard knowledge)
Firewalls
Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet routers, switches, firewalls
Active Directory, Azure AD, AD Connect, LDAP
Microsoft 365, Compliance, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps
