• At least 10 years oilfield drilling experience with both engineering and operational roles
• Extensive offshore exposure on jack up drilling vessels
• Extensive experience on Southern North Sea wells preferably with experience with subsea well operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record on a number of drilling projects
• At least 5 years as a Drilling Supervisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IWCF Level 4 combined.
