Materials Control Supervisor
Location: Odessa, TX, US
Profile and Experience
Undergraduate (bachelors) degree in business administration, materials management, industrial distribution, engineering, or similar discipline required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a warehouse management leadership role with a proven track record of success
Knowledge of the financial impact of inventory, warehouse inventory and cycle counting analysis, and counting frequency is required
Ability to speak and write English is required
The ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Strong customer service and Continuous Improvement mindset
