Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required, 2-year degree is desired.
5 years of relevant manufacturing environment experience with desired in maintenance environment. Prefer 1-2 years in lead or supervisory role.
Good knowledge of general HSE requirements and best working practices.
Computer literate in Microsoft O365, Word, Excel required; Peoplesoft knowledge desired.
High Level of communication, interpersonal skills and a `can-do` attitude.
Ability to use own initiative to identify equipment/process improvements and support others as required.
Experience in leading a team would be desirable.
