Currently we are looking following personnel for one of our reputed Company in Qatar.
Job Title : Instrument Supervisor
Duration : 45 days (Extendable)
Mobilization : 2nd week of April 2023
Salary in QR : QAR 4,500 (All Inclusive)
Job Purpose:
Directs and supervises the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of instrumentation equipment in the assigned area of responsibility
Expected Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Higher National Certificate or Diploma (HNC or HND), or equivalent, plus Instrumentation Trade Certificate.
• Minimum 8 years Instrumentation maintenance experience in a diversified Oil and Gas processing environment of with at least 5 in a supervisory position, in the following areas:
o Checking, testing and certification of Emergency Shutdown Systems, to ensure the safe operation of the plant.
o Intrinsic safe control loops and Flame and Explosion proof equipment.
o Installation, calibration, commissioning and maintenance of all Instrumentation on LNG or Petrochemical Plant.
o Valves of different types including electric, pneumatic and spring actuators.
o Distributed Control Systems, TMR, PLC controls.
o Mark V/ Mark VI control system.
o Gas Turbine drivers such as GE Frame 6 & 7
o Large Gas compressors and pumps
o Instrument related documentation such as P&ID's, data sheets, Functional Logic Diagrams, ESD schematics
o Vibration monitoring systems
o Cryogenic process and equipment
o Intimate knowledge of reading and interpretation of P & I and hook up drawings
o Conversant with the terms and specifications of Hazardous locations as well as statutory inspections, maintenance and repairs of such equipment
o Good written and oral communication skills in English
o Knowledge of Permit to work procedures
