- TSU in Maintenance, Mechanical, Industrial or related field
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a Supervisor of Inspection Services, repair and maintenance of offshore vessels
- Experience in LGI, DROPS and API 4G / Bolts Inspection Services
- Have Non Destructive Testing Qualifications (LP, PM, IV, UT)
- Irata Rope Access Certification
- Service Reporting Experience
- Knowledge of Management Systems, Policies and Procedures
- Customer Service and Attention
- Advanced Technical English
- Knowledge of Office, Visio and/or AutoCAD software
- Work on goals and objectives
