Five years of relevant experience in the energy industry with experience in maintaining a world-class HSE infrastructure and system.
Detailed knowledge of coastal state regulatory requirements affecting operations.
Knowledge of global regulatory requirements, legislation and MODU codes such as, ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL etc.
Expert knowledge of health, safety and environmental management system dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of technical knowledge and capability and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of people – from corporate leadership, hemisphere managers, field employees, government regulatory personnel and customers.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must possess a high level of integrity in all situations.
Travel is an essential job function (est. 50%; domestic, international and offshore).
