Job Description
Ocean Oilfield is expanding its talent network of experienced Drilling Supervisors for future offshore Jack-Up Rig assignments across the UK North Sea and wider European offshore waters.
The successful candidate will supervise drilling activities, coordinate drilling personnel, and ensure safe and efficient execution of operations in accordance with company HSE standards and offshore procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise drilling operations and drilling personnel
• Coordinate drilling activities with the Toolpusher and other departments
• Monitor drilling performance and operational parameters
• Ensure compliance with PTW, risk assessments, and HSE procedures
• Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and operational briefings
• Maintain drilling records and operational readiness
Requirements
• Proven Drilling Supervisor experience on offshore Jack-Up Rigs
• UK North Sea / European offshore experience preferred
• Relevant drilling qualifications and certifications
• Valid offshore safety training and medical certification
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership and HSE awareness
• Currently based in the UK or EU with appropriate work eligibility where applicable
• Available for future offshore assignments
