Reliant Oilfield is recruiting an experienced Deck Supervisor to coordinate offshore deck operations and personnel.
The successful candidate will supervise deck activities, maintenance, lifting support, and safe execution of offshore work scopes.
Requirements
Previous offshore Deck Supervisor experience.
Barge, construction vessel, or offshore vessel experience preferred.
Relevant marine or deck qualification.
Valid STCW certification where applicable.
Valid offshore safety certificates.
Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership and HSE awareness.
Physically fit for offshore operations.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily deck operations.
Coordinate deck crew and contractors.
Monitor lifting, cargo, mooring, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with deck procedures and HSE requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Maintain deck equipment and operational readiness.
