Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Current well control certification or ability to obtain before first day of employment.
15+ years progressive experience in drilling operations.
Must have previous experience with wellsite supervision.
Directional drilling experience is strongly preferred.
5+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Highly organized, detail oriented and resourceful; able to handle multiple projects and achieve necessary results in a timely manner.
Experience in rig ops, directional drilling, OBM and WBM, and cementation is required.
Proficient computer user with competency using Wellview, Google Earth, Outlook, Excel, and Word applications.
Valid driver license and good driving record.
