We are hiring a Rig Superintendent to manage drilling site operations and supervise rig teams.
The role involves ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling and maintenance activities in compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise rig performance and ensure daily targets are achieved.
• Plan and monitor drilling operations.
• Lead and mentor rig supervisors and technical staff.
• Enforce HSE policies and procedures.
• Report operational results and improvement actions to management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of drilling/workover experience, 3 years as Rig Superintendent.
• Relevant technical and management certifications.
• Strong leadership and operational planning abilities.
• Indonesian Nationals only; max age 54.
