We are looking for an experienced **Rig Superintendent** to oversee drilling operations in Vietnam.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and supervise rig operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate between rig, shore base, and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with drilling program, HSE, and international standards.
• Lead operational planning, crew management, and reporting.

**Requirements:**
• Minimum 10+ years offshore drilling experience.
• Previous experience as Rig Superintendent required.
• Valid offshore safety certificates (BOSIET / HUET / H2S).
• Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
