Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified Rig Superintendent to oversee all operational aspects of offshore drilling projects. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant drilling operations across assigned rigs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise rig operations and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Coordinate between onshore management and offshore teams.
Monitor performance, safety, and maintenance schedules.
Support and mentor rig crews to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure all regulatory and environmental policies are followed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Rig Superintendent or Rig Manager.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Valid STCW and offshore survival certificates.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
